The school was founded in 1959 after being a medical hospital, and is currently serving students from age 18 months through PreK 4.

As a school focused on Early Childhood Education, the faculty and staff understand the unique nature of young students. With enriching programs designed to encourage imagination and self-sufficiency, St. Luke's is a place where students can learn through play, develop respect for others, and grow in Christ.

The goal is to inspire the staff, students and their families to be life-long learners and productive in the community as responsible and independent citizens. They take pride in their current students and their alumni and satisfaction in preparing them to live their best lives. ​​
